Nicole Fraser

Nicole Fraser is an experienced Family Law Attorney who is licensed to provide legal representation throughout the State of California. Nicole Fraser  was admitted to the California Bar in 1998. She graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with a Litigation Specialization Certificate. While in law school, Ms. Fraser also attended the University of Florence in Italy.

Ms. Fraser began her career by working on death penalty cases in 1998. In 2000, Ms. Fraser joined the Public Defender’s Office, located in Fairfield, California and exclusively practiced criminal defense. While at the Public Defender’s office Ms. Fraser earned a reputation as an assertive trial attorney with an impressive track record. She was responsible for defending misdemeanor and felony cases. This included domestic violence, drug, DUI, strikes, manslaughter and many other types of cases. After several years of providing indigent defense, Ms. Fraser was offered a job at one of the most prominent private criminal defense firms in the area. Soon after, she was appointed to a high-profile murder case.

Ms. Fraser decided to expand her practice areas when she moved to the San Jose area in 2006 and joined the Moreno Family Law Firm. While employed at the Moreno Family Law Firm, Ms. Fraser has worked on a variety of family law cases as well as some criminal defense cases. She is known for her tenacious litigation style and passionate representation. She has conducted numerous custody evaluations, support hearings, restraining order hearings and trials.
