Totally blew off reviewing or understanding significant amounts of evidence in the case. Slow response. Forget about tech savvy. Her assistant while very nice and loyal is clearly overworked and burned out, seems to be to worn out and work round the clock with no time off and is treated very rudely a...nd arrogantly by the attorney. Paperwork inaccuracies, escalation of billables,, non mediative, litigation escalation. May be good for a divorce not involving children but if you want someone who understands children in a divorce case look elsewhere. Inaccuracies about leaving messages and doesn't read correspondence. Frequently late.

Lynne and her assistant were very sweet and nice. However, a significant amount of the information she provided us about the adoption process turned out to be incorrect (e.g. we wasted a lot of time getting documents that were not required and had our friends write letters - which the court did not ...accept, instead administering their own questionnaires). She made numerous mistakes in the paperwork, her assistant lied about leaving us messages, and she sent an additional bill even though she did not work enough hours to earn her retainer. Overall, not very competent, into making as much money as possible, and sweet and dumb like a fox.
