Kim Dincel received his law degree in 1987 from Loyola Law School in Southern California. He is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts within California and has spent the past 37 years practicing law in the San Francisco Bay area. He is also licensed to practice in the state of Washington.
Mr. Dincel currently practices in the areas of general business and commercial litigation, construction, trust litigation, contract and real estate matters, insurance defense, long-term health care, maritime law, and cyber theft. He has handled numerous trials and arbitrations to judgment and has argued before both the state and federal courts of appeal.
