After the USCIS denied my son’s Adjustment of Status (due to the mishandling paper of our first immigration lawyer), Timothy D. In 20...07, my husband sponsored him for an Adjustment of Status under an I130. My son was also eligible under Section 245i from an old I130 filed by my brother in 1994. Two months after the case reopened, USCIS approved my son’s case. My son got his green card that came in the mail. We found that Timothy D.
