WC covers employees (even temporary ones) but not independent contractors. Be sure of your status.

I work at a California Tribal Casino. I have had 2 Worker's Comp issues there. Is it possible to file a lawsuit against them?

I am not aware of this new approach. Nor am I aware of any attorneys who handle tribal workers' comp cases.
