Disappointed

Mr. Jones represented me in a bankruptcy case in 2012. He did a good job and everything went smoothly. Recently I decided to sell my home. After getting the report about the title of my home, I noticed that one of the creditors in my bankruptcy has put a lien on my property which went back to few mo...nths before filing for bankruptcy. I explained to the title company that this creditor was part of the discharge but they wanted me to provide evidence otherwise they wouldn't insure the title and sell my home. All the documents were in a box in the storage room which would have taken me a few days to go through them all. I called Mr. Jones' office four times. Three times left messages and one time I talked to someone who I believe was Mr. Jones but he pretended to be his receptionist. I told him this was an urgent matter and I only need to get my documents to show to the title company. Did not hear from him. I finally called the court and they helped me to get the documents online. I am very disappointed in him for not bothering to return my call. So if you use his services, make sure to keep copies of all your documents because it seems to me that when he is done with your case, he believes that his services have ended for good.
