Michael John Richter

Michael Richter is a professional who takes time to listen to his clients and who cares about his clients. He has been practicing as an attorney since December 3, 1982. He is the oldest of five children and has five children, one son and four daughters.  (As you might imagine, this has helped hone his skills as a mediator!)

Michael is committed to providing competent and caring legal services to his clients.

He has been working with brain injured clients since 1999 when a relative suffered a serious brain injury in a mining accident. He is a member of the California Brain Injury Association and knows that the rapid movement of a high speed rear end accident can cause a significant brain injury even without loss of consciousness.

His primary areas of practice are personal injury and workers' compensation. Brain injuries occur both on and off the job.
