Larry Dean Hughes

I found Larry to be congenial, logical, experienced, and with a straightforward approach. One thing I appreciated was his ability to work backchannel communications with the other party's council, in order to try to come to a reasonable resolution. He is a likable guy, and always left me feeling bett...er after speaking with him. On the other hand, Larry was sometimes unresponsive, made a number of mistakes, and didn't seem to be fully engaged. A situation arose which required a very quick turnaround on his part (same day), which he agreed to do. I provided the required material, at which point Larry disappeared for over a week, failing to get it done, and failing to respond. On top of that, it contained errors, which the other party's council used against us. I ultimately had to switch to a more engaged attorney.
