First of all, I could not believe she picked up my call on a Sunday afternoon while she was still in the middle of her lunch. She proceeded to have the initial consultation and clearly laid out my options and what are the scenarios. She also got back to me the same day evening when I had an update a...nd a follow-up question for her. This is simply unheard of in today's world where everyone is so busy. I was so impressed with her kindness and knowledge and am glad I found her. I would recommend her in a heart beat!

I had a consultation with Caroline. First, I was immediately surprised when she answered the phone herself. Having been with another agency, it was almost impossible to get the lead attorney on the phone, let alone answer when I called the office! I had wanted to seek a second opinion regarding my cu...stody and divorce case. Things were initially amicable but escalated to very contentious territory quickly when the other side began engaging in parent alienation, and other abuse. Caroline was knowledgeable, explained the entire process and what to expect (which after 6 weeks with another firm I hadn't had explained to me yet), and immediately put me at ease with her smart questions, quick suggestions, and extensive knowledge of the family law system. Caroline treated me in a way that showed she cared about the outcome for my child and myself and all within a free consultation which lasted well over the normal 30-45 minutes offered by other firms. I left the call feeling heard and ready to hire Caroline to represent me and my child for the most important fight of our lives!

Caroline definitely knows what she is talking about. She is very knowledgable but also has a good sense of humor. I feel so lucky to talk to Caroline. It can be stressful when you deal with a legal issue, you need a knowledgable attorney who can explain the legal process in clear way, tell you all th...e do's and no do's, and point you to the right resources. Caroline does all that plus she has a good humor after all we all need feel relaxed to deal with serious settings. I will work with Caroline moving forward.
