I contacted Shelby to inquire about his experiences in dealing with legalities that pertain to animal living situations in the county of Los Angeles. I currently live in a condominium that is ruled by a Home Owners Association board. The H.O.A only allows for two pets per unit and I at the moment hav...e four dogs.
