Terry Richard Kolkey

This attorney is not very good in the basic areas: communication, work ethic, and negotiation. He is very hard to get ahold of and won't call you back on any consistent basis. After talking to attorneys in Ashland, I learned he is also rather lazy in how he prepares for trails or plea agreements. I h...ave personally witnessed his negotiation skills and would say there are about average nothing special. His one strong area is that he is decent in court, and can argue off the cutf, but overall I would avoid.
