Educator & Spiritual Director

Rebecca is an incredible lawyer and an inspiring person. She took my case and helped me find my way through a very difficult departure from my work place. In addition to her excellent knowledge and intelligence in legal matters she related to my husband and I with such kindness, humility, and compa...ssionate listening. I strongly recommend Rebecca Kagin.

A Fighter for the Underdog with a Clear Sense of Right and Wrong

I consulted with Rebecca on my case of termination with my company and was astounded by her knowledge of how to best focus my efforts in moving towards finding the right person for the job. While Rebecca's schedule didn't line up exactly with mine, her expertise in helping me find the right way forwa...rd on consultation has been invaluable. She has an open and compassionate ear for people stuck in terrible situations, and her reputation extended to a network of AAA lawyers that were able to step up and move forward with me towards a positive resolution. I'm incredibly thankful to have met Ms. Kagin, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any case you might be struggling with.

Highly Recommended

Rebecca helped me navigate a crazy legal situation during what turned out to be one of the most difficult times in my life. She was professional, available, and extremely helpful. Without her legal guidance, I would have been completely lost and bulldozed by a system not set up to protect employee ...rights. I would absolutely refer her to friends and family, and if ever in a similar situation would call her immediately. Thank you for everything you did Rebecca!!! Words cannot express how thankful I am that I had you in my corner!!

Knows the Law & Will Fight For You

With 72 hours to decide if I take a severance or fight a wrongful termination, Rebecca listened to my story with a combination of compassion, sympathy, and outrage on my behalf. While feeling truly heard and empathized with, Rebecca took the time to probe, clearly asking the right questions to assess... the strength of my legal case, knowing that the decision to sign or not to sign would have a big impact on my life in the next year. The questions, the caring, and outlining the potential claims in layman’s terms immediately told me this was someone with expertise in the field of employment law, and more importantly, someone who believed in the importance of protecting employees’ rights. And throughout the course of our time working on the case, Rebecca’s strength as an advocate, lawyer, and caring person were proven again and again. Her dedication to her craft was evident through the time she spent with me on the phone, the drive to make sure we were taking the best angle for the case, going to educational and networking events, advocating for employment rights, and meeting with other employment law attorneys to stay at the top of her profession. I always felt like I was in the best hands, the advice I received was thorough and based in the hard evidence of the case and current employment law trends. Most importantly, I could leave it in her hands without having to second guess whether she was on top of what needed to be done. She provided me updates, kept the case going despite a slow-moving opposing counsel, and took the pressure and stress off my hands. Rebecca, as nice as she is to her clients, is a force to be reckoned with when negotiating. Non-nonsense, tough, strategic, and knows when to play which card. I appreciated that she communicated with me throughout the process, helping me identify a goal number and then providing progress updates on where my employer was, and what their responses likely meant. It helped me understand when to make the call to stop and why, and to feel satisfied with the outcome. Wrongful termination can be emotional, and it was a relief to find someone who understood why – the hard work I had put in, the loss of income, the fear and uncertainty of the future, and anger and frustration. And even better? That person knows the law and can fight for you!

Rebecca Kagin Resolves Difficult Work Related Issues

Facing mediation, and or a trial, is very stressful. I was very fortunate to find Rebecca at a very low point in my life after I lost my job. She provided reassurance with her expertise in labor disputes, and professionalism. I was very pleased with how she kept me informed at all times of the status... of my case. Rebecca is quick to think on her feet, and thorough. I was very pleased to have her represent me.
