For over thirty years, I my representation of employers has focused, first and foremost, on preventing lawsuits by educating my employer clients to recognize the first signs of workplace disputes, and by taking aggressive preemptive measures to "nip it in the bud" in a manner that best serves the employer's interests.
In those instances when my client first contacted me after a lawsuit was filed, I have had excellent results in negotiating minimal settlements, or successfully litigating the case.
