Wrong information on documents. Husband took out illegal loan against Honda Accord, had proof from bank.Husband claimed I made the phone call. Nothing was done. Kept referring to my inheritance. Had nothing to do with divorce, had not been paid out. Gave her info as a courtesy. Debts allocated to wif...e wrote loan against 2015 Hyundai Accent. Husband and daughters car! Wife paid all back taxes 2016,2013,2018 and 2019. Husband was to make equalization payment, 15,169.47. Was same amount as Hyundai car loan. Later Hyundai was changed to his debts. Equalization payments a joke. Ms. Klump did not instill confidence in me. First mistake was not filing my waiver of fee, am disabled. Was corrected. I do believe bankruptcy is her forte, not divorce.
