Now if I become incapacitated, my family won’t agonize about what to do. When I die, my estate won’t go into probate. I am really happy to know that my beneficiaries will get what I intend to give. I don’t want to be responsible for broken bonds & relationships over money. I assume everyone would be... fair but why leave anything to chance? There is a clear iron clad plan now. I didn’t realize how much putting this off was weighing on me. Andrea won the Petaluma People’s Choice award for 2018 & 2019 for a reason. She probably won for 2020, I just don’t know.
