He has stated that he performed the transfer of a trust from my mother's name into a trust for my name to secure title of property that was transferred with the trust upon my mother's death. He claimed that this was acoomplished when in fact, no action had taken place. I asked him to look into this ...on three yearly occasions as my property taxes were not addressed to me. Each time , he said that he would take care of it, Upon the third yearly request, he said that it was all do to an account error and that he would address that issue. So, the 4th year roles around.and guess what? Nothing has been done, although his fees were paid in a timely manner!
