SO friendly
She helped my family with a very simple matter that became complicated due to USCIS error. She was very responsive to us, incredibly helpful, and extremely patient and kind. I highly recommend her.

Meh.
Was hard to get a hold of, always in meetings. Not responsive, and was unable to handle a very time-sensitive matter because even though I told receptionist I needed to talk to her and it was an emergency wasn't able to talk to her and it really hurt my situation.
