Won our case against 4 lawyers representing the other side for large company.

William Vogeler represented me years ago. He was representing myself versus the largest company in my town. The other side had 4 attorneys, one of them their main attorney. The other side paid a lot of money in attorney fees I assume. William Vogeler represented me. My side had all of the witnesses. ...At the end of the day our side won, and the judge yelled at the other side. Mr. Vogeler's price was more than reasonable. He also is a very ethical person.

I Do Not Recommand Mr. Vogeler As An Ethical Attorney

I hired Mr. Vogeler as my attorney. I paid him a retainer as he demanded. He became my attorney and remained my attorney for over 6 months. It should be mentioned that I hired Mr. Vogeler as my attorney after he made numerous follow ups to "close the deal" utilizing salesmanship and false promises... of victory in court. A week or two after taking my retainer, Mr. Vogeler responses to my telephone calls and emails started to become slower and slower. When Mr. Vogeler did respond, it was through a short email forwarded at odd times and either late at night or very early mornings. Mr. Vogeler later disclosed to me that he lives out of state and in Texas! This was a material omission that should have been disclosed to me first as I would not have retained him as my attorney had I known he does not reside in Orange County, California where he holds an office. During the 6 months period when Mr. Vogeler served as my attorney, I never got a billing or any type of accountability of the retainer I gave him. He ignored all my requests to produce such accounting. At the end after repeated requests he finally produced an inflated bill to show the retainer was consumed. In his billing Mr. Vogeler charged me for my telephone calls, voice mail messages, emails, and texts which I forwarded to him but he NEVER RETURNED OR RESPONDED TO! I felt violated and mistreated and when I politely objected to this he became angry. He threatened me with a lawsuit against filing a complaint with the State Bar and or post a critical comment on AVVO! I was intimidated by him and I did not have the energy and or the focus to escalate the matter to file complaint against this man. I had to come up with a new retainer to hire a new attorney to finalize my case. I do not recommend Mr. Vogeler as an attorney to anyone.

STAY AWAY !!

Mr Vogeler represented himself to us as one who has a depth of experience as a family law attorney. This is completely false. We have had several family attorneys tell us they are at family court everyday and never see him there. He claimed to have experience in our particular issue which turned out... to be false as well. Over the years of owning a business I have dealt with legal issues and met with many attorneys. So it was almost immediately apparent that Vogeler had no clue, and a lack of knowledge about our case. After multiple red flags, we terminated the contract only 2 weeks into it! He made one 15 minute appearance at the court (and his ineptness with opposing counsel was part of the reason for termination). Yet he refused to refund any part our retainer, producing a padded bill for $5000, the exact amount of the retainer! (For example he charged $50 to open an email or text.) We hired an top notch family law attorney ( who is double Vogeler's hourly fee) and over the past months we have not even spent $5000 yet and the new attorney has done so much more work. We wished we had consulted AVVO before hiring him, but we agree 100% with all the poor ratings posted. Their experiences were the same as ours.

Thank you Vogeler! Excellent attorney worth every penny.

Mr. Vogeler is an excellent attorney who is qualified and competent. He is very professional & works hard for you. Met all my legal needs- Delivers on his word & won't lie to you about available options. If you have any questions he is straightforward & to the point- won't beat around the bush li...ke alot of other lawyers do. My dispute was over content posted on the internet in the form of written, video & image postings that was libelous, slanderous & damaging both professionally & personally. Vogeler handled my cases with success to the removal of the content from the web! I highly recommend this attorney to get the job done for you & most likely WIN! And he also really cares about his clients too!!

GIVES CLIENT' FALSE HOPE WHILE MILKING EVERY DIME & TIME

Seriously? Did this man go to law school? He claims he represents in Entertainment & Media, yet he takes on cases he has NO clue what so ever. All proven failures. He uses a car salesman approach to convince you to hang in there, he'll get you the results you are looking for and at the same time ...appears he has consultants he runs back to make sure he's on the right track. You CAN count on him sucking every penny out of you and wasting your time with unnecessary continuances in order to bleed my wife dry. This was counter productive to me as she looked favorable in the eyes of the court. PEOPLE ..... I urge you to proceed with caution. Do no let this happen...... get out when you can. My wife filed for divorce some time ago. This man has ignored opposing attorneys and should have been slammed with many sanctions. I was shocked he never was. He was an embarrassment in the court room.
