Thomas Christopher Johns

I have been a civil trial attorney as well as a civil and criminal appellate lawyer for 37 years.  My goal is to meet the needs of those in my community as far as legal representation on cases both large and small.  I have argued cases at the California Supreme Court, the U S Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, as well as the California First District Court of Appeals. I have also tried cases both in state and federal court through out Northern California and have handled litigated cases through out the State of California.  I have also served  as a panel member for the U S District Court for the Northern District of California as a Neutral Evaluator and Mediator. I have also served as an expert witness in the area of attorney fees and insurance coverage.
