Biography
I've been a lawyer representing small businesses and individuals since 1982. I opened my own practice in San Francisco in 1988.
I provide sympathetic, non-judgmental counseling to clients in economic distress about the advantages and disadvantages of bankruptcy. Clients are always concerned about cost, and I strive to keep my fees reasonabale and competitive. I do not "sell" bankruptcies or try to convince you to file if that is not in your best interest and not what you want..
In litigation matters, I provide high quality services while keeping a firm eye on costs, so that the good result you want is within your budget.
I'm married, with four children and two dogs. We live in San Rafael, CA, within walking distance of my downtown office.
Initial consultations are always free, so come on in and chat awhile about whatever legal problem is troubling you. Appointments are best, but if I'm in, walk-ins are welcome.
