Nathaniel M. Simons

Nate Simons is an Associate at Gallo LLP, where he assists on consumer fraud, business litigation, and complex mass action and class action cases, serving both individual and corporate clients. He works alongside the firm's attorneys, lending his experience in plaintiff side litigation and general business law, which allows him to effectively navigate the laws implicating various state and federal consumer protection statutes. Nate's prior experience as a Law Clerk at three different law firms and one multi-national corporation has built a foundation of proficiency in conducting research on federal and state statutes, trademarks, personal injury, and business associations. He has written successful briefs at the Appellate level to overturn Social Security Administration application denials.

A native of Texas, Nate earned his B.S. cum laude at New York University, and his J.D. at the University of Oregon School of Law, where he served on the board of the Oregon Sports and Entertainment Law Forum and received the Deidre Dawson Scholarship, the Public Interest Scholarship, and the Academic Merit Award. Nate was also a student-athlete at NYU, playing on the men's soccer team while interning at various Fortune 500 companies. His interests include exploring northern California, spending time with family, and playing sports.
