Matthew Joseph Witteman

I engaged Matt for help with the winding up of a complex receivership involving two regulatory agencies, a citizens group, the sale of real property, and an impatient company owner. He wrote all the documents and kept me, the receiver, on track with sequencing issues among all the parties. He also us...ed good humor to try and keep me calm dealing with one of the agencies, the Cal PUC. Matt is very down to earth and unpretentious. He's a pleasure to work with.
