Julia Leigh Whitelaw

I am a family law attorney/mediator with M.A. in Counseling Psychology. I provide integrated mediation services for clients who wish to avoid the bitterness, expense and public nature of adversarial litigation, but who need assistance in sorting through the complicated emotions of divorce and custody differences that can often impede settlement. My goal is to help clients: 1) communicate clearly, understand their differences and shared goals; 2) reach respectful agreements on a co-parenting and financial plan, and 3) revise agreements as necessary to address unique or changed circumstances.  I also provide consulting attorney services to those in the mediation process.  My goal as your consulting attorney is to ensure my clients have the information, individualized support and resources they need to make the best possible choices for themselves and their families.
