I received my Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and graduated cum laude with College Honors from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
I am experienced in handling various types of family lawmatters. Whether you are seeking a divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, or are faced with any other family law issue, I will stand by your side and help you get through this difficult time. While in many situations parties reach a settlement before trial, I have the skills necessary to competently and zealously advocate for you in court if necessary.
I have long been committed to resolving the legal issues that arise in the workplace. I have worked on both individual and class-action cases, with claims ranging from unpaid wages for a single employee to seeking a systemic change of a company’s unfair employment practices. At the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), I investigated numerous complaints alleging violations of federal anti-discrimination laws, such as discrimination based on race and religion. I am an EEOC-certified Mediator and have participated in many mediation sessions and settlement conferences.
I deeply value serving my San Francisco Bay Area community. I dedicate countless hours of pro bono legal services to low-income clients through my work with the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Alameda County Bar Association, the Bay Area Legal Aid, and other non-profit organizations.
