Biography
I take a lot of pride in helping people in difficult situations.
I have been practicing law since 1986. My practice is limited to assisting my clients in matters relating to real estate and construction, with an emphasis on construction defect litigation and common interest developments.
I am very active in the local Marin County Bar Association, and served as its President in 2003. I work with the Marin County Superior Court as a settlement panelist and also provide mediation services through Resolution Remedies, a premier Bay Area based ADR provider. I speak at law seminars state wide on common interest development legal issues.
As a partner at Ragghianti Freitas LLP, I have the support of a superior staff and partners and associates with a wide range of experience and knowledge.
