Scott Thomas Brewster

I have practiced law for almost 20 years in New York City and the East Bay of San Francisco. I started my career in the Bronx as a public defender and then as a Federal defense which included  white collar crime, Rico, murder, and many other, complex Federal cases.

After about five years intense trial litigation, I decided to turn my sights towards personal injury. I worked for a personal injury Law Firm and rose through the ranks very quickly. I love personal injury because it makes me feel good to see those who are injured by others John went to pay their fair share of the pain and suffering.

Fast forward five years later, and I am married and sick and tired of working for others so I decided to go solo.

I bring my customers the  zealous advocacy that I have learned as a criminal defense attorney and the many hundreds of hours in the courtroom. Consequently, I am not afraid to.take a big case to trial if they are not wise enough to settle for a reasonable amount.

Part of My Success is that I nurture the relationship between myself and my clients. Thus, I know more tuan anyone else how to turn a good case to great case.

I can honestly say that I have not had an unhappy client in over 20 years.
