Tim Smallsreed experience

We have worked with Tim Smallsreed for over 20 years, during which time he has advised our family about issues ranging from estate planning to pre-nuptual agreements to disagreements with landlords to employment negotiations. His wisdom and his ethical behavior far exceed those of any other attorney ...I have encountered. Rather than doing what would be best for himself - encouraging more complex approaches, avoiding any risk of legal malpractice, etc. - he has always done what is right for us - using his keen understanding of people, his years of experience, and his pragmatism to guide us to the best solution.
