The Best Lawyer I have ever met.!

I never forget the day that I was injured at work because it made my professional world up side down. The best thing came out of this incident was to get to know Mr. David Kizer. Not only he helped me to settle the case fairly but he also became a good guide to teach me how to survive and handle m...y new heath situation. I highly recommend Mr Kizer as an honest, caring and professional lawyer.

David Keizer will see you through!

I was assaulted at work leaving me with a physical injury. I was later diagnosed with PTSD which caused me difficulty performing my job duties. The insurance company didn’t want to consider my PTSD as an injury. David Keizer made them see it differently!! I’m am so glad a friend recommended this at...torney to me!! David gets the job done ✅

The very best!

I was referred to David by a work buddy. He was absolutely on target with everything. David kept me up to date on every aspect of my case. When and how everything would go and what to expect. He really cared about how I was feeling and what could be done to help me.

Review for David Kizer

David approached my workmen’s compensation case with sensitivity through the initial first phase of the workmens compensation deposition process He also returned phone calls from me during the first phase and year of opening and working on my case. But he appeared to lack sound legal analytical skil...ls to settle my case with best possible outcome and seemed preoccupied with his own salary and amount of money he would be making on my case. When the agreement he made with my employers lawyer changed to his detriment and they lowered the amount of my settlement I still often saw David laughing with my employers lawyers in rooms in Oakland workmen’s compensation building when I went looking for him as I would often be kept waiting 2-3 hours during settlement talks. He clearly had camaraderie with my employers lawyers but seemed most concerned with being liked by my employers lawyer and kept telling me what a decent person my employers lawyer seemed to be. David seemed to be naive regarding my case. David seemed most upset when I advocated for myself and received a large medicare set aside amount. Attorneys do not receive a percentage with MSA’s. He seemed to lack expertise in this process. I am a licensed clinical social worker who knew what to do to receive a medicare set aside of over $50,000 for future treatment since I also applied for and received social security on my own for a prior work injury. David again seemed to like basic skills regarding social security application process but again I was able to advocate for myself and receive social security in a short amount of time. I would not see this attorney unless you do not mind a small settlement. Again David likes to be liked and get along with everybody as his priority. He seems however to lack shrewdness. He does not appear to have sound legal analytical skills although he means well.
