JOHN MCDOUGALL (my court appointed attorney) WAIVED MY ORAL ARGUMENTS IN MY APPEAl against my wishes and knowledge after informing me the police where worried about being sued. John had first informed me that the appellate courts decision was unfavorable but John's secretary had already called to say... that in fact John's brief in my case was accepted and that oral arguments would follow. I have been left with a wrongful conviction, devastated and very suicidal because of John's and the actions of the court and no longer trust no one. SO NO I CAN NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER!!!
