I had a profoundly negative experience with Jim Martinez, who I found to be highly uneducated and of questionable character. His approach was unprofessional—conducting depositions in a cheap motel room instead his office . His incompetence was evident as he lost the case and was incorrect on nearly e...very issue. Instead of working towards a settlement, he seemed intent on prolonging the case to increase his billable hours. He faced multiple sanctions during the litigation process and, despite costing us over $100,000 in legal fees , we ended up with a settlement far less than what we might have received had we not followed his misguided advice. I strongly advise against hiring Jim Martinez; his actions could have devastating effects on your life.

Lawyer scammed me and my family to the point where we're seeking recourse in court. I left the lawyer a 1-star review and the lawyer threatened to sue me for defamation (it was all true) if I didn't remove that review. It all backfired as I added that fact to my review.
