Is not up to date laws
I was trying to set up a trust and he cautioned me that some of my assets would need to go to a former husband. This seemed odd so I went to another attorney who knew what they were doing and understands the current laws. I am thrilled I did not use him. Hiring him would have been a costly mistake....
