My partner and I ( who is permanently disabled) were referred to Sundeen & Salinas by a friend after searching unsuccessfully for tenant/landlord legal representation. We also needed a lawyer who was knowledgeable about disability, gender and sexual orientation related issues. We lived by the lake ...in Oakland for 6+ years, and were wrongfully evicted by a new owner. Our unit was in desperate need of mold remediation, and despite numerous attempts to communicate with the landlord no resolution could be reached. In fact, the situation worsened over weeks and months as we were harassed in many ways: our possessions were disposed of without our knowledge; our parking was taken away; our unit was not fixed and worse of all our privacy was invaded (plus other things as well).
