Biography
I am a trial lawyer, not just a litigator, with experience in a variety of commercial and employment-related areas, most typically, but not exclusively, on the defense side. I practice in all California state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate court levels. My practice is commercially focused, with special emphasis in representation of corporate entities and directors in fiduciary disputes with shareholders, and employers in discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation claims. I also have broad experience representing manufacturers in product liability claims, including toxic torts, as well as both sides in construction defect disputes.
