Molly Ann Kuehn

Molly A. DeSario serves as an Associate for Scott Cole & Associates, APC. Ms. DeSario is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law where she served as a Teaching Assistant for the first-year legal research and writing course. During law school, Ms. DeSario interned for the Honorable Paul L. Friedman at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia where she drafted judicial opinions for employment law cases. Ms. DeSario became a member of the Maryland State Bar in 2002 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. In 2004, Ms. DeSario joined the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, the San Francisco Barristers Club, and the American Bar Association.

Ms. DeSario has experience representing workers in class action litigation and has collaborated with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on federal employment discrimination matters. She has also practiced in other areas of law including product liability, professional negligence,medical malpractice, insurance coverage, criminal defense, personal injury, civil rights and family law.
