Margaret R. Roisman is a partner at Roisman Henel, LLP. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trusts & Estates Counsel (ACTEC) and is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in probate, estate planning, and trust law. Each year since 2004, she has been selected by her peers as one of Northern California’s “Super Lawyers.” She has also been named as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Northern California from 2005 through 2011, and as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Northern California from 2005 through 2013.
