A product of the Bay Area, I attended high school at St. Ignatius in San Francisco and went to UC Berkeley for college. In 2003, I embarked on my legal studies at Cornell Law School in Ithaca, NY.
After graduating, I worked as a corporate associate for many years in New York City. However, deep down, I wanted to assist clients in court. In 2009, I transitioned to litigation full time.
Since then, I've been fortunate to have worked on a wide array of interesting and novel disputes and lawsuits. I've represented both plaintiffs and defendants - from normal people who have found themselves in very difficult situations to corporations looking to move on with business.
I've successfully litigated wrongful death cases, contract disputes, age and sex discrimination cases, and civil rights violations.
I thoroughly enjoy my profession and the ability to zealously advocate for my clients. It is my goal and aspiration that my work reflects that passion.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Fulvio on several matters, some legally complex. He is wicked smart, tireless, and dogged. If it can be found, he will find it and will use it to his client's advantage to get the best result.
