We believe in equal access to justice. We provide access to legal services for those who are too poor to hire private attorneys at the market rate but too rich to be qualified for free community legal services. My office charges on a sliding scale directly proportional to income so that anyone can have a fair access to justice: hourly rate=2% of gross monthly income, starting from $40/hr*. My areas of focus includes: Landlords/Tenants, Immigration, Trademark Prosecution, and Estate planning**. (* scope of representation may vary. ** limited to simple/statutory wills and healthcare directives)
