Biography
After defending corporate and government entities during the first five years of practice, I became lead counsel in a series of class actions that garnered national media attention and resulted in the first court-ordered automotive recall in U.S. history and, ultimately, a settlement valued at $2.7 billion. Since then, my firm has specialized in complex civil litigation in trial and appellate courts in California and other jurisdictions throughout the United States.
