He Knows the Law in California
Howard prepared a Living Trust and Wills for us a few years ago. He was also available to make some adjustments to the documents with the County Recorder when we applied for a home Refi. Howard is very professional and follows up on all details.

Referred to him by BAR low income 'modest means' program ($35 paid for initial consult that is free from many other attnys). He ended up giving me a lot of lame reasons why he didn't want to help ("You probably wouldn't pay; Many low income clients don't pay their bills")... Unless I paid full regula...
