David Fink was assigned to my ex and me as a special master to help mediate some very contentious issues between us. Initially David was very fair, and did a good job managing a very high conflict divorce. His bills however were off the charts. I began to fall behind in paying him and could not pa...y his bills in full. Once I fell behind in paying him David ruled 12 times against me on custody matters financial matters and even went so far as to deny my daughter medical treatment that was recommended by her doctor. He threatened me several times and when I would call him asking for help and to work on something he would remind me I owed him money. I hired an attorney and asked him to step down 12 times he never would until finally I got him removed by the Superior Court . He perjured himself in court and then asked the judge to grant him 24k in back fees I owed him. The judge only gave him half and removed him. I complained to the state BAR and they put him under the highest investigation. If you have a lot of money and time to waste hire him he will do well by you as long as you pay him off. All he does is travel to one of his 4 houses takes days weeks to get back to you and as a special master has ex parte with each party when he feels like it. He made me go to a meeting with my Ex and his new wife though I begged not to go and he was so enamored with her he kept casually touching her arm and letting her interrupt me over and over though she wasn't even part of the stipulation.

I hired David to handle my divorce. His positive reviews are questionable since I had a very different experience. He was cordial in the first meeting but his indifference, lack of cultural sensitivity and disregard for others soon became apparent. It was a mistake to hire David Fink. He will do ...no work and charge you for it. A poor character serving his own best interest than helping his clients who funds his many out of town trips. Select an attorney wisely and beware of greed and callousness with this one.

David was my attorney for my divorce. my husband made over 12 million and I ended up with $530,000, David even told me that I have health insurance why do I need to get it from him. and he made me to give up my right for his SS. now 10 years later I can not afford a health insurance. what kind of att...orney would give advice like that. as long as you have money to pay him ,he is fine, but as soon as he knows that money has run out he will try to settle even it is not good for his client . like me. after paying him an arm and leg, as soon as he knew the money is running out , he made me to settle for penats,with that much money with no health insurance and no SS. you tell me what kind of good attorney would do that. he even did not made sure that my daughter future would be secure.I still have problem with my x because of the way he deal with my daughter. David Fink I will never ever forgive you. You did not care to secure my daughter and my future even you got paid quite well.
