Johanna came highly recommended. She was able to help us (rookies to the Juvenile court system) understand the process, the probable road blocks, and the players. She was able to level set our expectations. She collaborates and listens well. But, what was most amazing was to see her in action in co...urt. She could hear a case citation and "on the fly" find an offsetting case to present to the Court. She has a deep understanding of juvenile case law.

We were referred to Johanna Kwasniewski by a trusted lawyer that had worked with her partner. We own a commercial building that has about 40 leases in place at any given time, plus other Homeowner's Association matters that we deal with. She has handled about half a dozen different cases for us ove...r the last year, ranging from evictions to settling monetary disputes with commercial tenants and other Homeowner Association matters.
