Biography
Diana Tarnopolskaya is the Founder and Principal Attorney at Elite Comp Law, PC. Ms. Tarnopolskaya was originally born in Ukraine and immigrated with her family to the Bay Area in 1992. She received her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law. Prior to opening her own firm, she represented injured workers as a partner in a Concord-based Workers’ Compensation law firm. Ms. Tarnopolskaya has always been passionate about workers’ rights. During law school, she volunteered her time working for an Employment Rights Clinic. Ms. Tarnopolskaya has also practiced in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, Business Litigation, and Tax.
Ms. Tarnopolskaya enjoys being a zealous advocate for injured workers in their efforts to receive the medical care and disability benefits that they deserve. She is passionate about injured workers’ rights and believes in providing the highest level of service.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and travel.
