OUTCOME: Granted Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay and Settled for compensation with UEBTF

Client was injured while working for an uninsured employer. After workers' compensation case was filed, employer filed for bankruptcy. Case was pursued against the Uninsured Employer Benefits Trust Fun ... d (UEBTF), however since there was an automatic stay of proceedings, nothing could be pursued against the uninsured employer. Elite Comp Law, PC filed a Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay and it was granted, allowing Client to proceed with UEBTF case. This case was then settled with UEBTF.
