I was actually skeptical about this, given the stigma associated with lawyers - but instead of trying to charge me for unnecessary legal fees - he plainly told me that I didn't need an attorney for my situation. Given my lega...l ignorance he could have easily billed me an hour or two and I wouldn't have questioned it. His free advise went above and beyond my expectations. Tom and his staff were amazing when I was arrested for misdemeanor battery in a domestic violence situation where the guy who abused me was much bigger than me, had multiple prior DUIs, and was drunk at the time he attacked me. I had never been arrested before, I've never so much as gotten a speeding... ticket in my 14 years living in California. And here I was with a criminal charge in need of a criminal attorney. After being arrested, I spent a sleepless, traumatic, and terrifying night (9 hours) in county jail and the next day was referred to Tom who immediately began working on my case. He and his staff took great care to keep me updated every step of the way, and took the time to provide detailed answers to all of my questions. Tom and his staff spoke regularly with the District Attorney's office and less than 2 weeks after the arrest, Tom had successfully negotiated with the DA to not file charges against me. I cannot - CANNOT - more highly recommend his services, his attention to detail, and his and his staff's concern for my case. I never felt like just another client on a list of many. I will be forever grateful to him for preventing an already terrifying situation from getting much worse.

Tom is very professional. He dont bullshit you, he jumped right into action on my case, walked in told me he had this under control, which he did. Next thing I knew I was going home to my family and he made my problem go away with no incarceration time and a small amount of probation. Hes very unders...tanding and will work with you if your straight up with him..one thing I remember him saying was he cant help me if im not honest with him. hes real big on honesty and in his line of work theres a lot of dishonesty.
