Tom and his staff were amazing when I was arrested for misdemeanor battery in a domestic violence situation where the guy who abused me was much bigger than me, had multiple prior DUIs, and was drunk at the time he attacked me. I had never been arrested before, I've never so much as gotten a speeding... ticket in my 14 years living in California. And here I was with a criminal charge in need of a criminal attorney. After being arrested, I spent a sleepless, traumatic, and terrifying night (9 hours) in county jail and the next day was referred to Tom who immediately began working on my case. Tom is very professional. He dont bullshit you, he jumped right into action on my case, walked in told me he had this under control, which he did. Next thing I knew I was going home to my family and he made my problem go away with no incarceration time and a small amount of probation. Hes very unders...tanding and will work with you if your straight up with him..one thing I remember him saying was he cant help me if im not honest with him. hes real big on honesty and in his line of work theres a lot of dishonesty. I would recommend him in a heart beat..hope I never need him again but if i do, hes my man!
