Mr. Loewenstein scammed me out of $15000.00 and did absolutely nothing. We later found out he had a recent stroke and was forgetting facts and could not keep them straight. He then 'Sued" me for another $3000.00 just because he figured out he could and piled up bogus charges such as over $660.00 for... copying 300 pages and so on. He lost the case! He actually lost the case before the judge to his former client. The judge said that in all years of practice as an attorney, he had never seen billing done in such unaccountable manner! I lost over $18000.00 to this man for nothing. Watch your back with him.
