Merritt Louis Weisinger

I had lots of communication issues with Merritt Weisinger when I hired him last year. He never replied to my emails and hung up the phone on me a few times. He imposed a court hearing which was not necessary for my case and only cost me more in attorney traveling fee, etc. He is not a nice attor...ney who tries to resolve your issues. My ex and I agreed to settle on the matter but he advised against it and prolonged my case which could have been resolved much faster. Overall, working with Merritt was such a nightmare and super stressful. I would NOT recommend him.

Merritt is quite possibly the least ethical individual. He represented a family member of mine and took his money without even bothering to know his case. He drove an unnecessary wedge between my family members by making false claims, and volunteered to provide false documentation. When he could no l...onger ride the wave of utter garbage he calls a legal strategy or baffle the judge with falsehoods, he quit the case and left. Additionally, he is a nasty and malicious character to interact with. His interactions and responses to other legal professionals will have you shaking your head and honestly feel ashamed you got him involved in your case. If you are a proud, self-respecting individual and want someone who will absolutely tarnish your reputation by association alone, give Merritt a call - he will cost you a ton of money for contributing nothing but headaches, embarrassment, and this incredibly cringey feeling that is hard to shake.

Merrit and Ethan both worked on my case and at a time my life was upside down and my children needed the best to fight for them...they were there. Totall professional and it became obvious extremely quickly how competent they were. They gave me great guidance throughout the process and were the absol...ute right blend of experience, strategy, and aggresiveness. I cannot convey enough to you how confident I am they are the right choice on these matters. There are other great lawyers....but these guys are another level entirely.
