She did a good job getting us through the bankruptcy. She was somewhat disorganized, and would tell us something during a meeting, then when we met again, it would be something completely different. We did get confused a lot, because the specifics of our case kept changing. She played hardball wit...h our creditors, which may have made a couple of them dig their heels in and not compromise. In that respect, she could have done a better job. Her secretary is not a nice person, and puts us on the defensive a lot. She will not communicate by e-mail, which makes it difficult to communicate with her office.
