My office offers a range of services in the areas of real estate law, estate planning, and trust and probate administration matters. I represent clients throughout California in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters, including leasing and lease disputes, landlord-tenant issues, unlawful detainer actions (evictions), mechanics’ liens, ADA compliance, and other contract and property rights matters; entity formations (corporations, LLCs, partnerships); estate planning (trusts, wills, and power of attorneys), and with the administration after the loss of a loved one.
