A neighbor of mine had a property survey done a few years ago and stated that my driveway was on her property and that she wanted to cut out part of my driveway to landscape. We've been in our house for over 14yrs. My neighbor and I tried to compromise where my driveway would be left alone and she ...wasn't happy with that so she threatened to get a lawyer and said we are trespassing.
